Lovely reversible tulip hat. One wool blend layer, and one printed 10% cotton layer.
Hat is suitable for head circumferences of 20.5-21.25 inches. Human model shown has a 21.5 inch head circumference. Wig stand shown in photos is a 20.5 circumference.
These items are one-of-a-kind, hand made, with hand guided machines (brother sewing machine), and hand stitching.
