This tulip hat is sure to impress with its hidden surprise.

An outer shell of blue wool blend and a lining of cotton 80s arcade block print make a true hat tip to nostalgia. Black satin ribbon band is secured into place with stitches at the bow.

Hat is suitable for head circumferences of 20.5-22.5 inches. Human model shown has a 21.5 inch head circumference. Wig stand shown in photos is a 20.5 circumference.

This hat is floppy, but takes shape on the head. Band is stitched into place at the bow, but can be removed by releasing the stitches below the bow.

These items are one-of-a-kind, hand made, with hand guided machines (brother sewing machine), and hand stitching.
